On August 22, 2024, the Union of Congolese Youth Ottawa-Gatineau (UJC-OG) marked an important turning point with its first official outing at the Canadian Museum of Nature. This event brought together many young people and their families, providing a unique opportunity to discover the natural wonders while strengthening community ties.
The event was a great success, with children not only enjoying exploring the exhibits, but also having an unforgettable educational experience. The laughter and smiles of the participants reflected the spirit of camaraderie and joy that characterizes the UJC-OG as this image demonstrates. An image that perfectly embodies the values of UJC-OG, an organization dedicated to the development and inclusion of Congolese youth in the Ottawa-Gatineau region.
The UJC-OG is more than ever ready to continue on this positive path, with plans to visit other museums and cultural venues.
